At Help Me Sprout, we are committed to helping children thrive by mitigating the long-term effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) through education and by strengthening the community as a protective factor.

Simply put, our mission is to help ensure that children have the support, resources, and connections they need to reach their full potential despite adversity.

We seek to accomplish this by:

1. Providing educational workshops that increase awareness of ACEs, resilience, emotional well-being, and the protective factors that can help children and families thrive.

2. Creating programs for children and adolescents that provide opportunities to build resilience, express themselves, develop confidence, and form healthy connections with others.

3. Developing The Haven, a scalable and replicable welcoming community space where children and families can connect with mental health resources and referrals, participate in supportive programming, and have access to a safe and nurturing place within their community.

4. Encouraging safe, stable, and nurturing connections among children, families, caregivers, and members of the community—because safe and stable relationships can be a powerful protective factor in a child's life.
